Step1: on youtube, copy the link that says "Embed" on the right of the video.
Step2: open up blogger
Step3: When you are creating a new post (aka typing) look to the top right of the text window.
Step4: click "Edit Html"
Step5: Post the "Embed" link from youtube into the same place you were typing your ideas/thoughts/etc.
Step6: Hit POST.
DONE.
