I've done all I can do in hopes of attending but the paper work is being processed late bc NCC won't allow my transcript to be released. I owe a bill and even though I've taken action through an agency to make partial payments, they won't release anything without FULL payment. THEY'RE SUCH BITCHES. I feel like they've done something illegal, meaning they've hulted my education.
